Installation Guide:

When the download has completed, the downloaded .zip folder has to be unpacked as follows: move your mouse pointer over the file name, right click, select ‘Extract All...’ and this will open the Microsoft Extraction Wizard.   Follow the instructions in the Extraction Wizard leaving the default destination directory (folder) as it is.   When completed, the extracted files can be found in a folder with the same name as the downloaded file.
