We have a wealth of experience dealing with clients who have a need to use the internet to showcase their property or services but have no desire to spend their precious time designing, building and maintaining a website or to spend a small fortune to a large marketing company to do the work for them.

These clients fall into two basic categories: people and larger organisations who know exactly what they want from their website, and smaller businesses or people who have a short term need to advertise on the web.

Those clients that know exactly how they want their website to look and function usually require a bespoke design which would have to be quoted depending on individual needs.

By far the larger group is the second one containing smaller businesses and people with a relatively short term need for web advertising - and this group is expanding at an alarming rate.

To address this growing requirement, we have developed a number of 'template' websites that can provide sophisticated websites at a fraction of the cost of many of the larger agencies.

The procedure is as simple as 1, 2, 3...

1. Decide on what you want to say. Do you want to advertise a property or product? Do you have a service you want to tell people about?

2. Type out the text of what you want to say. This may need to be split into several sections depending on whether you are advertising a product or service. Collate any photographs or drawings that you wish to include in the website. The type of template you decide on may help you with this.

3. Select the appropriate template, button styles, background colours, font for the text and a number of options for the name of your website.

That's it for you - the hard work is done! It is now over to us to put together your website and publish it temporarily on the web for you to review. If there are any changes you would like, these will be made and you will get another chance to review your website until you are happy with the finished result.

Don't worry if this still seems a little daunting. We will help you through each step of the way. We can't make decisions for you, as this will be your website, but we will try to explain the pros and cons of any areas where you are unsure how to proceed.

• Up to 12 pages of text including a 'home' page and 'contact us' page.

• Up to 5 selection buttons to navigate to main sections of your website.

• Up to 7 photographs each on a separate page with associated text as required.

And the cost of all this is only  £100 plus an annual fee of £20 to cover the cost of retaining your domain name - this will be the name of your website on the World Wide Web eg webdeviser.co.uk.
